1. General Terms

Perth Taxi Book provides taxi booking, parcel delivery, and transfer services across Perth and surrounding areas. By using our platform, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old or have permission from a parent/guardian. You agree to use our services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these terms.

2. Bookings & Cancellations

All bookings made through our website, phone, or app are subject to driver availability and confirmation. When you make a booking, please ensure that all details provided — such as pickup location, destination, and contact information — are accurate.

If you wish to cancel a booking, please do so as early as possible. Cancellations made after a driver has been dispatched may incur a cancellation fee. Repeated last-minute cancellations may result in temporary or permanent account suspension.

Perth Taxi Book reserves the right to cancel or refuse bookings in cases of incorrect information, non-payment, unsafe behavior, or suspected misuse of services.

3. Fares & Payments

All fares are calculated based on distance, time, and type of service selected. Additional charges may apply for tolls, waiting time, or late-night bookings.

Payment can be made via cash, card, or approved digital payment methods. We use secure payment gateways to protect your transaction data. Prices are displayed clearly before booking confirmation, and no hidden fees are applied.

4. Customer Responsibilities

Passengers are expected to behave respectfully towards drivers and other passengers. Damaging the vehicle, causing unnecessary delays, or engaging in misconduct may result in fines or refusal of future service.

Customers must ensure they have all belongings before leaving the taxi. Perth Taxi Book is not responsible for any items lost or left behind, though we will assist in recovering them whenever possible.

5. Liability

Perth Taxi Book and its affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services, website, or delays caused by traffic, weather, or technical issues beyond our control.

We ensure that all our drivers are licensed and our vehicles are regularly maintained for safety and reliability. However, customers accept that delays and unforeseen events can occasionally occur.

6. Parcel & Delivery Services

For parcel deliveries, customers are responsible for ensuring items are properly packed and labeled. Perth Taxi Book is not liable for damage or loss due to improper packaging, prohibited items, or inaccurate delivery details.
